As long as there are tickets remaining, you are welcome to upgrade your ticket(s). Unfortunately, the ShowClix ticketing system does not allow for direct ticket upgrades. Therefore, you will need to purchase the upgraded ticket(s) and then send an email containing the confirmation ID numbers for both purchases to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our Customer Service team verifies that the upgraded ticket(s) has been purchased, a refund will be issued for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be deposited in your account.
