Does Mischief Management have a COVID-19 policy?

Attendance at Mischief Management events will not be contingent upon proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. Masks, however, are still strongly recommended. Talent and guests reserve the right to refuse interaction with attendees who do not wear masks. This includes during autograph and photograph experiences, so we encourage you to bring a mask with you even if you do not plan to wear it for the duration of your time at the event.

All Mischief Management staff are fully vaccinated and will be wearing a mask throughout the event. Volunteers will also be asked to wear a mask during their shifts.

If you experience any symptoms like fever, runny nose, coughing, sore throat, headaches, muscle pain and fatigue, we strongly urge you not to attend the event. We are happy to transfer your tickets to a future event (date and location TBA). Please email the Customer Service team for your event and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you.

If you are unable to attend an event you have tickets for due to testing positive for COVID-19: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to any Mischief Management event, we kindly ask that you do not attend. We are happy to transfer your tickets to a future event (date and location may be TBA). Please email the Customer Service team and include clinical proof of your positive test, and a member of our team will be in touch to initiate your ticket transfer.

If a close contact, such as a family member or roommate, tests positive for COVID-19: If a close contact of yours has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to any Mischief Management event, we strongly encourage that you follow all CDC guidelines for close exposure. For the health and safety of our community, we are happy to transfer your tickets to a future event (date and location may be TBA). Please email the Customer Service team and include documentation regarding your close contact’s positive case, and a member of our team will be in touch to initiate your ticket transfer.

Any additional health and safety policies will be announced at a later date ahead of each individual event in line with the most up-to-date data and public health advice at that time.

Please note that these policies may change at any time through the date of the event. Attendees will be notified via email when there is a health & safety policy update. Additionally, the policy will be updated on this page along with the date at which it was updated.
